    A. Yes, we can store your luggage before check-in, during your stay, and after check-out.
    If you would like us to keep your luggage for several days after check-out, there is a fee of ¥1,000 per night.

  • Q. How can I make a reservation?
    A. Reservations can be made through our official website or various online booking platforms (Booking.com, Rakuten Travel, Expedia, etc.). Reservations by phone or email are also possible.

    Q. What payment methods are accepted?
    A. We accept cash, credit cards (VISA / Master / AMEX / JCB, etc.), transportation IC cards, and QR payments. Depending on your reservation, online prepayment may be required.

    Q. Can I get a receipt?
    A. Receipts can be issued only for payments made on-site. For online prepayments, please request a receipt directly from the booking site used.

  • Q. Can children share a bed with their parents?
    A. Children aged 0–5 years can stay for free when sharing a bed with a parent (one child per bed).
    Children aged 6 years and older are charged the same rate as adults. Extra beds are not available.
    For Standard Triple Rooms, due to room size and bed configuration, a maximum of two children sharing beds is allowed.

  • Q. What are the room types and bed sizes?

    Minimal Double Room (14㎡) – Bed size: 1400 × 1950 mm
    Superior Twin Room (24㎡) – Bed size: 1280 × 1950 mm × 2 beds
    Standard Triple Room (17㎡) – Bed size: 1030 × 1950 mm (bunk beds)
    Suite Room (40㎡) – Bed size: 1300 × 1950 mm × 2 beds

    Q. Are the rooms non-smoking?
    A. All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking areas are available on the 2nd floor.
    If smoking is detected in a room, a special cleaning fee (from ¥30,000) will be charged.

    Q. Do the rooms have bathtubs?
    A. Only the Suite Room has a bathtub. Please refer to the room page for details.

    Q. Can I exceed the maximum occupancy?
    A. Extra beds are not available. Please use the room within its designated maximum occupancy.

    Q. Can the windows be opened?
    A. Windows cannot be opened for security reasons.

    Q. What room amenities are available?
    A. All rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi, a refrigerator and a safe.
    Microwaves are available upon request at the front desk.
    Laundry facilities are shared and available for use within the building.

    Q. Are there items available for loan?
    A. Various items are available for loan in limited quantities. Please ask the front desk for details.

    Q. Is there a nursing room?
    A. A nursing room is available in the building. Please ask the staff for location details.

  • Q. Can I send luggage from the hotel?
    A. We offer Yamato Transport courier services at the front desk. Please bring your luggage to the desk for shipping.

    Q. Can I send luggage to the hotel from another location?
    A. Yes. Please be sure to write your reservation name and check-in date on the shipping label.
    Please note that cash-on-delivery shipments cannot be accepted.

    Q. Can I send luggage to the airport?
    A. Yes. The front desk provides Yamato Transport airport delivery services. Delivery generally takes two full days.
    An additional airport shipping fee of ¥660 will apply.

    Q. Can I send cakes or perishable items?
    A. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cakes or perishable items for delivery.
