A. We accept cash, credit cards (VISA / Master / AMEX / JCB, etc.), transportation IC cards, and QR payments. Depending on the reservation, online prepayment may also be required.

Q. Can you issue a receipt?
A. Receipts can be issued only for payments made at the hotel.
For online prepayments, please request the receipt through the booking website used for your reservation.

Q. 子どもの添い寝は可能ですか？
A. 0〜5歳のお子様は、ベッド1台につき1名まで添い寝無料でご宿泊いただけます。
6歳以上のお子様は大人と同料金となります。エキストラベッドのご用意はございません。
スタンダードトリプルルームは、客室の広さおよびベッド仕様の都合上、添い寝は2名様までとさせていただいております。

原則、着払いはお受け取りできかねます。

Q. 空港へ荷物を送れますか？
A. フロントにてヤマト宅急便（空港配送）をご案内しております。到着までに中2日かかります。
また、空港配送料として別途660円が加算されます。
